Before moving to Puerto Vallarta, I spent more than 15 years in Hollywood working behind the scenes in the film and television industry. My work included designing and managing large-scale transportation props and sets for major productions, everything from police cars and ambulances on NCIS and Grey’s Anatomy to high-profile projects like The Mandalorian, La La Land, and the Fast & Furious series.

That chapter of my life gave me something priceless: the ability to thrive under pressure. In Hollywood, the stakes were always high, deadlines were tight, and expectations were enormous. I learned the art of negotiation, attention to detail, creativity under stress, and how to navigate complex challenges. Today, I apply those same skills to real estate, advocating for my clients, protecting their interests, and making sure every deal is executed with precision.

My Own Relocation Journey

I know firsthand what it takes to relocate to Mexico because I’ve done it myself. Leaving behind life in Los Angeles to move to Puerto Vallarta was both exciting and overwhelming. I had to understand property laws, find a home that fit my lifestyle, and build a new community here.

That experience shaped the way I work as a realtor. I don’t just sell properties, I help people relocate smoothly and confidently. I understand the emotions behind the move, especially for families or retirees making a big lifestyle change. I also know the practical side: from finding the right neighborhood to setting up utilities and even connecting clients with legal and financial experts. My role is to be a guide, a problem solver, and a partner throughout the process.

But my personal favorite is El Tigre Golf Club in Nuevo Vallarta. I love playing there not just because of the beautiful course design, but because of the community and the people. Golf brings people together, and I’ve met incredible clients, friends, and colleagues on the course. Many of my clients share the same passion, and I often help them find homes or condos near fairways so they can enjoy that lifestyle every day.
